AI in higher education: a communication science perspective to prepare for the future of learning

On January 9, the Department of Communication Science at the Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, organized a SPARK session on how AI influences the content and form of what and how we teach communication science students. Beyond discussing the practical applications of specific AI tools, the group had an in-depth discussion on the theoretical, practical and ethical aspects of artificial intelligence in teaching. The event kicked off with an inspiring talk by Prof. Tibor Bosse from Radboud University, followed by lively and in-depth discussions on the topic.

We would like to thank the organizing committee, the VU, Amsterdam, for opening this session to the wider NeFCA community.
