Etmaal 2022 & Panel on ‘Diversity, Democracy and Communication’ @ Etmaal 2021

The Department of Communication Studies (SCOM) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel will host the ‘Etmaal van de Communicatiewetenschap’, which will exceptionally take place in 2022 due to the evolution of COVID-19. The theme of the Conference is Diversity, Democracy and Communication.

In the run-up to the Etmaal conference, the Department of Communication Studies at VUB, in collaboration with NeFCA will host an online keynote and panel on ‘Diversity, Democracy and Communication’, bringing together communication scholars and non-academic experts. The session will be open to all NeFCA members. After this session, NeFCA divisions will organize online workshops and panels. Please check NeFCA’s channels for updates on how to register and take part.

While we regret not being able to host the NeFCA members in Brussels, we are optimistic about organizing the ‘real Etmaal experience’ in Brussels in 2022. In the meantime, we hope you will all mark your calendars for our online mini-Etmaal on 4 & 5 February 2021!
